The items that we sell are shipped from CANADA. Orders are processed every day (except holidays). Processing time can take between 1-2 business days.
The Pristine Pooch will not be responsible for incorrect/missing shipping information that you provide at check out. All orders will be shipped specifically to the address in which you provide. We are not liable or held accountable for lost or stolen packages after the item has been marked as delivered by the delivery service.
All of our shipments include a tracking number and/or a shipment confirmation number which will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.
Packages may take longer to arrive during these covid times as well as busy times such as holidays.
